Please note that Tiffany will take up to 10-14 days to complete your order. Once we’ve finished and started shipping, you’ll receive an email with your order number.

For domestic orders

Β Our domestic orders are shipped through GHTK . You will receive an email with your order number when we ship. You can check the status of your order and contact the delivery unit via https://Giaohangtietkiem.vn/. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 days, standard orders will arrive within 4-5 business days. Please email contact.tiffanystudios@gmail.com if you have not received an email after 14 days of placing your order.

For international orders

For international orders we currently use 2 shipping methods :Β 

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING :Β You will receive your goods within 3-10 days depending on the country you reside in.
  • ECOM SHIPPING : the delivery timeΒ will vary from 10-15 days and is only applicable to 4 regions: Canada, USA, Australia, and Europe.

After the shipment has been delivered for 2-3 days, tracking information will be duly updated by Tiffany. In the unlikely event of loss or missing items during shipping by Ecom, we assure you that Tiffany will provide compensation of up to a maximum of 10 USD per bill. Please note that the shipping timeΒ for your order is estimated to be between 15-20 working days.

We highly recommend that you select theΒ Express Shipping for a more expedient delivery experience.

The table up here is just the estimated price.The shipping fee will be dependent on package practical weight which is directly relatived to the fabric . In normal situation, the fee is rarely changed . We will inform you about the practical price by email once we gave your package to delivery company.

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

Shipping fee in Vietnam:

Standard shipping nationwide from 4-5 days to receive goods is 30,000 VND

Nationwide fast shipping fee from 1-2 days to receive goods is 40,000 VND

International shipping fee:

If your area is not on the list, you can email us for specific shipping costs at contact.tiffanystudios@gmail.com. Please note that shipping charges may increase if your address is in a special area, the weight of the clothing increases, and it may also be due to the size of the box.
