Effective for all online orders

Thank you for supporting Tiffany Studios. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in Vietnam. As a made-to-order brand, we ask that you read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, all orders are final and non-cancellable.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to production capacity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Final Sale Items

All sale items, including those purchased during flash sales or with promotional discount codes, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. International Orders – Custom-Made by Default

All international orders are treated as custom-made, regardless of whether you select a standard size or provide personal measurements.

Our size chart is based on Asian body proportions. Therefore, to ensure proper fit, we require accurate bust, waist, hip, and shoulder measurements for every international order.

Due to the personalized nature of these orders, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

4. Returns (International Orders)

We only accept returns under exceptional cases and under the following strict conditions:

• The customer agrees to cover all costs involved in the return, including:
  
  
  • Two-way international shipping
    
    
  • Import duties and taxes for re-entry into Vietnam
    
    
  • Customs clearance and handling fees
    
    
• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  
  
• Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order
  
  
• If the return is accepted, store credit only will be issued. No refunds.
  
  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

5. Domestic Orders (Vietnam only)

• Custom orders: Final sale. Adjustments may be offered if original measurements were provided accurately. Customer covers all fees.
  
  
• Standard-size items: Eligible for size exchange if unworn and in original condition. Customer covers all shipping costs.
  
  

6. Duties & Taxes

All international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged upon delivery.
