I. Order Cancellations

You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel your order. The order will be canceled and you will be refunded by the payment method you choose to pay. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations, without exception. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if there are not enough resources left to complete it, at which point you will receive a full refund

II. Custom-Made Products

• No exchanges or refunds for custom-made items.
• All orders are carefully checked for accuracy before shipping, ensuring they match the customer’s provided measurements. There is no possibility of incorrect sizing due to our production process. If customers need proof, please contact us via email.
• If the measurements are correct but the customer still wants adjustments, the customer must cover repair fees + 2-way shipping.

III. Standard Size Products (XS, S, M, L)

• Defective garments: A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
• Size exchange: Customers can exchange for another size or product, but must cover all shipping costs.
  • If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the new product costs less, no refund for the price difference.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition for exchange. Tiffany reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product shows signs of wear. 

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to all the above policies before completing your order. We are a Vietnam-based business and are not subject to consumer protection laws in other countries.
