For domestic orders

Our domestic orders are shipped through GHTK . You will receive an email with your order number when we ship. You can check the status of your order and contact the delivery unit via https://Giaohangtietkiem.vn/. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 days, standard orders will arrive within 4-5 business days. Please email contact.tiffanystudios@gmail.com if you have not received an email after 14 days of placing your order.

For international orders

For international orders we currently use 2 shipping methods :

• EXPRESS SHIPPING : You will receive your packages within 5 – 10 days depending on the country you reside in.
• ECOM SHIPPING : You will receive your packages within 15 – 25 days . Ecom Shipping is only applicable to 4 regions: Canada, USA, Australia, and Europe.

The specific costs will be presented in the Express Shipping table and  Ecom Shipping table.

Express Shipping typically takes 5 – 10 days for delivery, while Ecom Shipping takes 15 – 25 days. If cost savings are a priority, we recommend using Ecom Shipping.

It is important to note that the aforementioned time frames are ESTIMATED and do not account for customs clearance time. We kindly request your understanding and apologize to Tiffany in the event of any delays beyond the estimated delivery time due to unforeseen customs inspections, which may extend further than the estimated duration of 5 – 7 days .

In the unlikely event of loss or missing packages during shipping by Ecom, we guarantee that Tiffany shall offer full reimbursement of the shipping fee and 70% the value of the package (not more than $100). Tiffany shall provide compensation solely in the event that the error originates from the shipping company.

We highly recommend that you select the Express Shipping for a more expedient delivery experience.

The table up here is just the estimated price.The shipping fee will be dependent on package practical weight which is directly relatived to the fabric . In normal situation, the fee is rarely changed . We will inform you about the practical price by email once we gave your package to delivery company.

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

In case your area is not on the list, you can email us for specific shipping costs at contact.tiffanystudios@gmail.com. Please note that shipping charges may increase if your address is in a special area, the weight of the clothing increases, and it may also be due to the size of the package.
