Every piece is cut to order in our Hanoi atelier. That is why all sales are final — and why the hours just after you order matter.

What this means

  1. You can cancel within 24 hours

    Write to us within a day of paying and we will cancel and refund in full. After that the cloth is cut and the order is final.

  2. Check your measurements before you order

    Sizing is the one thing we cannot correct afterwards. Use the size chart and send accurate measurements — we are not able to take responsibility for a fit built from the wrong numbers.

  3. Duties are paid by the recipient

    Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are collected where you live. An order returned or destroyed because customs was not cleared cannot be refunded.

  4. If we cannot make it, you are refunded

    Should a material run short or production not be possible, we cancel and refund you in full. And if we do approve an exchange as an exception, the two-way shipping and duties are yours.

Our pieces are designed and handcrafted in Hanoi, Vietnam, by a team of skilled artisans who work in a fair, comfortable environment and are paid a living wage.

Each garment is cut to order, over ten to fourteen business days. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing is made twice. That is the reason for a final-sale policy, rather than an exception to a kinder one.
