How it reaches you

  1. We confirm your measurements

    If anything is unclear, we will email you. Do keep an eye on your inbox — and your spam folder — after ordering. Nothing is cut until we hear back from you.

  2. Your piece is made

    Ten to fourteen business days in the atelier, counted from the day your measurements are settled rather than the day you ordered.

  3. It ships express, and tracked

    Seven to ten business days by international courier, depending on where you are in the world. Ask us for your tracking link any time — we’re always happy to send it.

  4. Customs on arrival

    Import duties, VAT and local taxes are not included in our prices and are collected where you live. Your local customs office will be able to tell you what to expect.

The clock starts at your measurements, not at checkout.

It is the one part of the journey that is in your hands. A reply the same day usually means your piece leaves the atelier around three weeks later.
