Every piece is cut to order in our Hanoi atelier, for you alone. That is why all sales are final — and why the first day after you order is the one that matters most.

What this means for you

  1. Changed your mind? You have 24 hours

    Just write to us within a day of ordering and we will cancel and refund you in full. After that the piece is cut for you, and the order is final.

  2. Take a moment over your measurements

    Sizing is the one thing we cannot put right once the cloth is cut. Do take a moment with the size chart and send your measurements as carefully as you can — if the numbers we are given are not quite right, we are not able to remake the piece.

  3. Customs is handled on your side

    Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are collected where you live, and are not included in our prices. Do clear your parcel when it arrives — an order sent back or destroyed by customs is not something we are able to refund.

  4. If anything goes wrong on our side, you are refunded

    If a fabric runs short, or your piece simply cannot be made, we cancel and refund you in full straight away. And on the rare occasion we can approve an exchange, the shipping both ways and any duties would be yours.

Our pieces are designed and handcrafted in Hanoi, Vietnam, by a team of skilled artisans who work in a fair, comfortable environment and are paid a living wage.

Each garment is cut to order, over ten to fourteen business days. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing is made twice — your piece is made only once you have asked for it. That is where our final-sale policy comes from.
