How it reaches you

  1. We confirm your measurements

    If anything is unclear we email you. Please check your inbox — and your spam folder — after ordering. Nothing is cut until you reply.

  2. Your piece is made

    Ten to fourteen business days in the atelier, counted from the day your measurements are confirmed rather than the day you ordered.

  3. It ships express, and tracked

    Seven to ten business days by international courier, depending on where you are. Ask us any time for your tracking link.

  4. Customs collects duties on arrival

    Import duties, VAT and local taxes are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

The clock starts at your measurements, not at checkout.

It is the one thing that delays an order, and the one thing only you can do. A reply the same day usually means your piece leaves the atelier about three weeks later.
