The shirt has an inner brace to hold the shape (middle zipper in the back). The shirt length is 23 cm for the front and 16 cm for the back. The skirt is 32.5cm long, high waisted and has boxer inside (this is standard length for height 1m6)

You only need to fit the bust and waist measurements, the hip measurement is not necessary because the skirt is flared.
